This reminds me of a visual search engine called Searchme. It too is in public beta right now which I've been participating in. Go to

It shows the results in 3D flip style with the center page being in focus and large enough to read and view. Just like Pogo's search history does. This would look really great in the Pogo browser I think.

I just get $300. I found out my 17 year old does not quailfy as my dependent since she was born in 1990. It kind of stinks since she is still a high school kid and I am providing all her support. Oh well.

That is a good idea but I bet most people simply buy something new with the money. Unfortunately, I don't qualify for the rebate. For me, Uncle Sam just takes, he never gives back.

I know there is a movement in my area to encourage people to spend their economic stimulus checks at small local businesses, but I am afraid that will be just a band-aid for them. If prices do not go down soon for them, many will face either restructuring how they do business or going out of business.

That's really cool. A huge downside is that they aren't able to do it in your local area, which means the mom and pop shops wouldn't be able to have their actual restaurant/store/whatever featured in it. Plus, they couldn't be in it either.

Seems like it definitely has some potential though.

Many small business owners that I speak with who are not marketing do not know they should be. Many have the misunderstanding that if they build a website customers will magically come to it. And the others who do not believe do not understand why they have a site since it gets no traffic.
